Consultations

Wedding consultations are available by appointment for orders of 50 or more servings. Consultations typically last about an hour. Tastings take time! Please be punctual for your appointment. Late arrivals may be forced to reschedule. Please call if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late. We ask that you limit your consultation party to 4 people. Tastings of the vanilla (yellow) and chocolate cake will be provided during your visit. Custom tastings are available for $15 per flavor and must be ordered one week in advance.

Helpful information to bring to your consultation are:

date & time of ceremony and reception
number of guests you are planning to serve
color swatches
pictures of cake styles that you like (from us and others)
budget (our cakes start at $4 per serving).

This information is not required, it is only suggested to make the most of your consultation!

Ordering and Deposits

We schedule a limited number of clients each week, so we encourage you to reserve your date as soon as possible.  Once the final decisions are made, we will send you a contract with all of the details.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.  This deposit will be applied to the final balance of your order.  Final decisions and payment in full are due 30 days before your event.  Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date will receive a refund minus the $100 deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations with less than two week’s notice.

Delivery and Set Up

Free delivery and set up is available within the Eureka Springs city limits on all orders of $100 or more. Delivery ($15 fee) within city limits or scheduled pickup is available on orders less than $100.

Delivery to Holiday Island, Beaver Lake, Berryville, and the Kings River is available for a $30 fee. (no minimum order required)

Delivery to NWA (Bentonville, Rogers, Lowell, Springdale, Fayetteville) is available for a $100 fee. (no minimum order required)

Cake deliveries are generally 2-3 hours before your event time, unless scheduled otherwise

We will be happy to arrange fresh flowers on your cake as long as arrangements are made to have the flowers delivered prior to our arrival.

Outdoor Receptions

Special accommodations are necessary for outdoor receptions.  Please inform us if you will be having an outdoor reception.  We recommend that during warm or sunny days, the cake be kept indoors.  Sun and heat can melt frosting and make the cake unstable.  If you plan to serve  your cake outdoors, please keep in mind that you should include a back up plan and the delivery time will be scheduled closer to the reception time.

Cakes are available for scheduled pickup Tuesday thru Saturday 10 am-4 pm with 48 hour notice (based on availability).

These cakes are composed of 2 layers of cake with 1 layer of filling. Personalized messages may be put on top.

Chocolate or Vanilla with your choice of Chocolate Ganache, Strawberry Buttercream, Raspberry Buttercream Fillings, and your choice of Swiss Meringue or Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.

• Traditional Scroll with Gumpaste Rose – scroll design around sides with clusters of gumpaste roses

• Traditional Polka Dot with Rose – white polka dots all around the sides of the cake with either gumpaste or rolled rose clusters

• Contemporary Swirl with Rolled Rose – funky scroll design in your choice of color with clusters of contemporary rolled fondant roses

• Chocolate Ganache Cake – with bittersweet chocolate ganache drizzled over the top

• Colorful mod- flower – bright multi colored cutout fondant flowers
